The operator admin has moved

The bot's username, channel link, send-rate budget and the Mini App check now live in the Prediction Stack admin, built on the MIKODES Admin Kit. It runs on the operator's own machine, never on this public site: settings are saved there with an audit log, and the public pages read the result from config/public.json.

From the repository root:

cd admin
npm install
npm run init     # once
npm start        # then open http://127.0.0.1:8811/admin
