• Own Polygon RPC for the Terminal tape job: set the GitHub secret POLYGON_RPC_URL and the job tries it first, with the public RPCs as fallback (POLYGON_RPC_ONLY=1 drops them). The URL is never written to tape.json, the page or an error message. 6 offline tests. See Use your own Polygon RPC.
• Admin Kit 0.3.0 refreshed (asynchronous storage). The product routes moved to admin/src/app.ts; 5 new tests cover sign-in, the CSRF header, roles and the audited pair decision (11 admin tests in total). Admin version 1.0.0.
• The builder toggle is now labelled "Use my builder code (attribution now; order flow not in this release)".
• The public operator notices (Scanner, Terminal, Bot) no longer link to 127.0.0.1; they show a screenshot of the real admin and link to the docs. The Scanner's review link reads "Operator review".
• Deployment guide: Vercel's Hobby plan does not deploy the refresh job's bot-authored commits (observed 2026-09-25).
• Credits: Geist and Geist Mono (SIL Open Font License 1.1), bundled with the admin console.
• Source comments and README cleaned of internal references; README status from the committed 2026-09-25 run.
• Terminal: market images are no longer loaded from the venue's image host; every market shows its identicon, so a visitor's browser talks only to your site.
• Admin: the builder-fee help texts say what this release does (attribution and planning, no orders; the Terminal only displays fees read from the chain).
• Folders renamed to scanner/, terminal/ and bot/. vercel.json redirects the old paths permanently, so earlier links keep working; the short paths /scanner, /terminal and /bot are unchanged.
• Scanner opens on all listed rows: "Positive after fees only" is now off by default.
• Neutral wording in shipped comments, the refresh workflow and the admin; the repository's legal page describes restrictions without naming a source.

• Operator admin in admin/ on the MIKODES Admin Kit 0.3.0: brand, legal, access, venues, builder-fee planner with Polymarket's caps enforced (taker 100, maker 50 bps), alert-bot settings, integrations with tests, notifications, Scanner run and pair review, status checks, audit log, history, team, security, export and import. Revenue deliberately shows no source.
• config/public.json contract (mikodes-prediction-public/1), shipped empty with the builder fee off. Landing page, Scanner and Terminal read it at load.

• Scanner: fixed a template error that stopped the board rendering; cross-venue verdict and veto diagnostics (crossvenue-diag.json).
• Matcher 0.3.0: event-year, headline-action, party and person vetoes, with regression tests. Full Polymarket adapter with keyset paging up to 50,000 markets. Terminal market titles through Gamma on the runner. Multi-outcome Kalshi events without a catch-all leg no longer count as positive.
• CLOB host moved from clob-v2.polymarket.com (no DNS record) to clob.polymarket.com.
• First versions of the Scanner, Terminal and Bot page; the workflow with a CORS probe; schedule off.
• Data refreshes 2026-09-22 and 2026-09-23.
