01You are the operator

• Prediction markets are regulated, restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions, and the rules change often. These docs do not say that running the Stack is permitted anywhere.
• If you deploy the Stack, you decide where you offer it and which venues it shows (Admin → Venues). Get advice from a lawyer in your jurisdiction before you launch.
• The Stack does not know a visitor's country and blocks no one; a static page cannot. If you need to restrict access by location, do it at your host or in front of it.
• You write your own terms, privacy policy and disclaimer (Admin → Legal). The Stack ships none.
• You are responsible for any fee you plan (the Polymarket builder fee) and for how you describe your site.
• MIKODES does not operate your instance and does not see your users.

02What the product is and is not

• It shows public market data and historical differences in pricing, with fees counted and unknown values shown as unknown.
• It takes no stakes, holds no funds, private keys or seeds, runs no markets, and places, signs or routes no orders. Nothing signs on a server.
• No alert bot runtime ships. If you build one, check the messaging platform's rules for your content first.

03Venue terms and network blocks

• Kalshi and Polymarket each have their own eligibility rules and terms for their data. Read them for your market; this guide does not summarise them.
• Some countries and internet providers block venue domains. Never route around a block. The refresh job runs on GitHub's runners; whether using data fetched there is appropriate for you is part of your own legal review.
• Do not repackage the Stack as a browser extension or app without checking that store's current policy for this category.

The Scanner does not recommend a trade, and nothing in it is a forecast or a statement that anyone will earn anything. Keep that framing in your own text: say spread, difference in pricing and historical data, and never promise a return.
